Marvel Legends Marvel Knights Daredevil Series

If you haven't watched the Netflix Daredevil Series, stop reading...stop everything you are doing, and watch Seasons 1 and 2. Seriously, like right now.

If you have already seen them, or even if you haven't, check out these new figures that come straight from the show.  There is Daredevil of course played by Charlie Cox, Punisher (played by Walking Dead's Jon Bernthal - Shane!!!), Elektra played by Elodie Young who also played Jinx in GI Joe: Retaliation, and Jessica Jones played by Krysten Ritter, who you may know as Jane from Breaking Bad . Along with them are updated Bullseye and Blade figures. Awesome! Awesome set. Well done Hasbro.

The Build-A-Figure is an awesome Man-Thing.

Hope Marvel makes a second and third series from the Netflix shows. We need a Foggy Nelson, a Wilson Fisk Kingpin, Stick, Hand Ninjas, Vanessa Marianna, Karen Page, Madame Gao, Nobu, and throw in a couple of Russian Mob thugs for good measure. Oh yeah, a plain clothes Matt Murdock and his original black costume would be awesome as well.

Cool symbols on the box tops.

Always loved the side box art on the latest Marvel Legends. Think a new artist is being used. These are in color instead of graywashed, and the artistic style seems different too. Awesome addition to the packaging.

    1. Definite score. May need to use some Hand Ninjas from the Marvel Legends Wolverine sets.

    1. Yes. This was a grand slam. I heard a story that Krysten Ritter was at SDCC last year and asked "Hey where's my figure?" Glad they did her.

  3. You can't go wrong with that Man-Thing but I have to wonder why they didn't do the Netflix Kingpin.

    1. No kidding. A Vincent D'Onofrio Kingpin would have been a great figure. Wonder if it was a likeness rights issue at this point.

  4. I will be buying the Man Thing alone as I have zero interest in these versions of the cheracters .The shows are amazing though.

    1. Don't resist. Just kidding. To each their own, but yeah, nice job on the Man-Thing. Will have to compare it to it's original incarnation.
